The following information should be useful: 1. The minimum number of directors is one (who cannot however be the Secretary). 2. The Secretary does not have to be Cypriot but it is advisable for the handling of routine matters. 3. The Registered Office must be in Cyprus - our address may be used. 4. Local auditors must be appointed. We recommend that Horwath DSP Limited be appointed. 5. The minimum number of shareholders is one. 6. Nominee Shareholders can be appointed. By the use of nominees complete confidentiality is ensured. 7. On incorporation you will receive: (a) Certified Memorandum & Articles of Association in the Greek language together with an English copy as translated by us. (b) Certificates of incorporation, of the shareholders, directors & secretary and registered office, all in English. (c) Share certificates in English. (d) Trust Deeds (when appropriate).
